Rockside Park Towers

The worst living experience ever it use to be a good place to stay a few years back but now they have roaches they will ask you to move if u complain. They charge late fees when you pay your rent on time. When I moved out they charged me 170 $ for keys I returned. The leasing office is very unprofessional. I don’t even right reviews the way I was treated has me here please do not rent from them you will regret it.

Temporarily stayed here for very close to a year, The neighbors were really nice for the most part outside of 1 particularly. Never felt unsafe, never seen anything outrageous, yes the teens hung out in the lobby pretty often (being teens) sometimes leaving their trash behind, but housekeeping was pretty good about keeping things cleaned up for the most part. It was pet friendly, which i loved but the their pet friendly advertising is confusing and not upfront on the site. However they need to update their pet policy and just allow weight limited dogs... I thought it was pretty sad that an ESA provided was not acknowledged even when they say to provide it... My stay was only a temporary stay in the mist if a transition, but overall it wasn't to bad of a stay. I didn't have any maintenance

I’ve lived here since 2020. The only thing keeping me is my spacious size apartment. Property manger does not care about tenants at all! Plumbing in my building is horrible. My unit have flooded 4 times leaving my carpet fully submerged in every room. Sewage water overflowed from drains yet my carpet has never been replaced. I have an half updated half outdated unit that looks horrible NO matching color schemes. Maintenance constantly doing “quick fixes” which never last instead of replacing or completely repairing. I was promised new appliances but never received them. No outside door in my building locks but the front anyone/everyone has access to building. Lights are constantly out throughout the hall& back stairs not safe at all. Rent continues to go up with no good amenities offered o

Do NOT move here if you’re looking for quiet, or your packages not to be stolen. I’m annoyed that I renewed my lease in September. I’ve been here a year. While my unit is nice on the inside the complex is trash. The hallways are filthy. Loud teenager stay in the lobby cursing till late hours just to wake you up as they loudly play in the parking lot as they wait for the bus. Packages are constantly stolen from the mailroom and my front door. I’ve had to buy a membership through ups to have my items held at the store. The leasing office is not being proactive to stop the thefts. They’re suggestion is to get a police report which buy the way an officer will never come when you request one. Package theft is a federal crime and needs to be taken seriously. I work hard for the things I purchase

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is so ghetto and disgusting. My apartment has roaches for MONTHS. ( they send a guy out every Thursday to spray and the German roaches won’t leave) I have huge black ants and ants with wings! Water bugs as well from the standing water that’s in the shower sink! ( maintenance only has one maintenance guy so they never do any maintenance work and when they do it’s hardly actually completed to work again) Building B needs so much maintenance and the elevators need to be fixed up/ painted ( they used to break down constantly! I was even stuck in one for 45 mins plus!) people are so ghetto here they throw trash in the elevators/ parking lots. I see new people moving in and I feel so bad for them. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE SOMEWHERE WITHOUT ROACHES!!!!!!! The t
