This place is super affordable! Boardwalk has taken over and the changes can be seen already. They are putting high definition cameras all through out the buildings and even getting coded locks on the front door. I feel safe here and the security guards are doing a great job
I can’t believe the amazing move in deal I got when I moved in! Boardwalk is awesome, and working with Kyle Jakusz made the rental process easy like Sunday morning!!!! I’ve already referred several people here, and gotten rewarded for efforts. New entry doors and fixes they are working on are really making this place feel like home
Wasn't aware there was new management. Amazing how quickly they turned things around. Definitely feel much safer with the new cameras and on site security. Keep it up!
The new management company of our complex is doing amazing and getting so much work done. It’s nice seeing the huge difference. Our neighbors are also very friendly. Highly recommend Southgate Commons!
