We can’t say enough about Southern Structures. Only a few days after Category 4 Hurricane Irma destroyed our home here in the Florida Keys, Jerry Stump, the owner of Southern Structures, stopped by our house. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. After looking at dozens of homes in the Keys built by Southern Structures and how well they held up after the hurricane, we knew we had to go with them. We ended up ordering a much smaller home than anticipated due to our insurance providers not reimbursing all of the damages, but Jerry was willing to work with us. He suggested taller ceilings and larger doors and windows to make our smaller home feel much larger. We had a lot of customized requests and changes that were handled very professionally. Jerry even

I wish my mother would move south, but alas not gonna happen. I wish that Southern Structures would build farther north like Maryland!!

I have been to their plant and I saw them being built . Looked as good or better than most new homes. It was easy to tell some were custom homes.
