I don’t usually leave reviews, but after much thought, I feel it’s important to share this experience with honesty and respect. I have been disappointed with the lack of follow-through from this HOA, especially considering the monthly fees residents consistently contribute. I believe that when services are being paid, service should be honored and rendered. Three months ago, I submitted a request regarding a mealy bug infestation affecting the community landscaping, which is maintained by the HOA. I was informed that the issue would be addressed; however, three months later, no action has been taken.
