Southern Oaks Apartments

As a prospect, my experience with Amanda and Ms. Lynn, the Property Manager, was excellent. Amanda was friendly, responsive, and very informative throughout the leasing process, making everything easy to understand. Ms. Lynn was professional, attentive, and reassuring, ensuring that all questions were addressed and that the process ran smoothly. Their leadership and teamwork made me feel confident about choosing this community as my new home.

I have never been so mistreated. living in Southern Oaks. Apartments. I'm so blessed to be out of there facility. I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded no one answers or return your calls.

It always been a place for me throughout my life and Southern Georgetown, because houses low-income, and the school is right there so if you have kids in that district logistics wouldn't be too difficult to make sure they come to school safely. It is a lot of drugs in and out of the area like every low income place but it is very safe and not too much violence.

I've been here for 12 years, it's not too bad of a place to live. Close to library, post office, CVS & Walgreens, Kroger, Hospital, and other businesses, and an elementary school is across the street.

Was looking for somewhere to live the two weeks I hunted them down one time they answered the phone ! The rest of the time nobody was ever in the office EVER, they tell me to grab a application from outside ,box is empty I find it online and am forced to drop it down the drop box slot where I’m assuming drops to the trash never heard from them it’s going on 3 weeks still haven’t
