Southern Manor Apartments

I have lived at Southern Manor for over 10 years, and have come to love, and will miss the quiet, family driven atmosphere. That is what I seek. Quiet safety for my children. While in my time there, I experienced plenty of maintenance issues and challenges. One of the biggest complaints I could think of for this property, is the corporate feel to a lot of these maintenance issues that can arise. What brings it all back around to a 5 star is Sarita, the manager. She has always been the human element to an otherwise robotic feeling interaction, and has always worked tirelessly to get situations fixed. She has to deal with the disappointment from residents when corporate doesn't handle things well. Not to mention that she has been faced with many challenges that she has had to overcome person

I recently was in for a tour and Sarita toured me around the complex, I was looking for a 2 bedroom , unfortunately none were currently available only 1 bedrooms. I was impressed with how professional Sarita handled every aspect during the time I was there, she clearly has the skills and is an appropriate face for the company she is employed by. Just from the positive interaction and professionalism from Sarita I will be coming back to rent here. The atmosphere here is ideal and the property is well kept.

Sarita is an outstanding property manager. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and consistently ensures smooth operations. Her communication skills are excellent, and she manages any issues promptly and effectively. Having her manage the property is a fortunate situation

The apartment manager Sarita is lovely, always so nice and fixes any issues right away. I’ve lived here for nearly 10 years and the place gets better the longer she’s here. Very reliable and the best apartment manager I’ve ever had.

I give Southern Manor Apartments an A+ for customer service and integrity. Sanita was very positive and helpful when answering my questions and even offered me one of her personal water bottles. I had forgotten mine so I was very thirsty. Thank Sanita.
