Mrs. Ann Ross & her husband are the ABSOLUTE best! I couldn't have been more blessed then to have them as my landlords! They are very understanding & sweet people to work with and I highly recommend them <3

I am writing this review on the behalf of my friend who recently rented a property with this management team, who also does not speak English well. I'm not going to write the details of how bad the condition is with the house because it might be my friend's fault, because she did not walk through it, examine it before she signed the contract. (put too much trust into this management team). Beyond the poor conditions you can see, the house has many problem you cannot see with your eyes. Water leaks behind the wall, hear water drips somewhere in the middle of the night, broken windows and doors won't shut and what's more? Pest control problems... and the most ridiculous thing is they are blaming the issues on the tenants without doing any examination or extermination. I really have nothing

Southern Homes Realty is an awful organization. I rented a home for my mom and immediately upon arriving to move in, noted the home was filthy. After a heated discussion with management, they sent someone out with a feather duster. The house was filthy, there was no furniture to dust. They refused to do anything further. We took over 100 pictures to document the filth, 160 plus nail holes in the wall, cracked tiles, cobwebs, broken blinds, etc. I requested that someone fill the nail holes and touch up the paint but they refused stating that the owner was not willing to paint. Upon moving out, we had it professionally cleaned, including the carpet. They kept $400 of the security deposit stating they had to wipe down the kitchen counter and that there were many nail holes they had to

The 2 star average speaks for itself. They are clearly money hungry and rent out DISGUSTING properties. How do you expect anyone to pay a deposit on filthy and infested homes?

Just be careful with them at the time of check out. They charged me $405 which I was not even made aware of this until they sent it to debt collection and then my credit score dropped. They told me that the reason they could not send me a letter was because they had no forwarding address however they did have my email and my phone number to be able to contact me and ask for a forwarding address which I would’ve paid in full. You would think a realty company that is professional would have the courtesy to call or email to ask for a forwarding address or even email me the charges however, this did not happen. So just be careful with them in regard to this at the end. As you never want your credit score to be affected by something silly as that.
