I had a great experience at the apartment complex. Katy Mathis is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her helpful and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

Just recently had a tour at this complex. Katy was the one who gave me a tour and she was amazing. When I had a question she was able to answer very quickly, and was through with her responses as well. The unit they show was also well put together, with different set ups in each room so you can gauge how you might use the space. It’s a very convenient located complex that is ~10 minute biking distance from campus and are adorable for those who need cheaper living!

I called with questions for my grandson, who's in college. I spoke with the sweetest lady, Helene was her name. She was very respectful in answering all my questions, and assuring me with all my concerns. She proved me with extra information and details that we're very helpful in the situation.

Very disappointed with the lack of privacy and communication. While I was inside my apartment, a maintenance worker suddenly appeared right outside my bedroom window using a ladder, with no prior notice at all. This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially considering a woman was sleeping in the room .

This place is an absolute joke. The manager has no communication skills, she will not get on the phone with me. My niece and nephew have a baby and they have flea bites all over them. It has been an ongoing investigation since they moved in, the manager said they would do something about it but NEVER did. Its disgusting, they're are random stray cats, im assuming thats where the fleas came from. My niece and nephew are trying to move out because the dryer had been broken off and on since day one. The water in one of the since sprays directly at you when using. They got a person to assume the lease, but they are still trying to charge a reletting fee. Which is crazy because the lease is voided because of so many reasons. If you ever have a problem good luck because managet is impossible
