We purchased a recently built home by Southern Crown Homes. The kitchen is so spacious, and the house is so energy efficient. We were expecting high bills due to the air conditioning needs of Florida's extensive hot weather, but happily, each hot weather bill has been consistently within a normal budget amount. We like the overall quality throughout the home. If you are considering building a home, talk to them!
