Southerly LoSo

I toured the property with Alexis and had a great experience. The property is beautiful. The amenities are amazing, and the units are so beautiful and adequately lit just as I like; life’s better with sunlight. Alexis carefully and patiently listened to what I needed and showed me several units that she thought would be perfect for me. She was very polite and answered all the questions that I had and also gave really good insight about the area. I’m glad to have come across the property and looking forward to moving in.

I moved into Southerly back in December and have loved the experience ever since. Susana did a great job touring me around the property, helping me move in, and setting me up with a storage area post-move-in. Southerly has everything I could want in a property, and I am very excited for the time that I have here ahead of me.

I’m incredibly fortunate to have the flexibility to move anywhere with my remote job, so I toured countless apartments across Charlotte and Southerly Loso truly stood out as one of the best, if not the best. While touring, I immediately fell in love with both the complex and one of the apartments I viewed. I promised myself I would only sign a lease if I could genuinely see myself living there, and to my surprise, Southerly Loso exceeded every expectation. Beyond the beautiful apartments and amenities, the team made the experience exceptional. Alexis gave an amazing tour that made me feel comfortable and at home, and I’m genuinely grateful for her help. I came across this property while heading to tour another community in the LoSo area and decided to stop by on my way back. I didn’t have an appointment, and it was close to 5 PM, but the leasing agent, Susana, was incredibly welcoming and helped me right away. She never rushed me and took the time to show me several options that aligned with what I was looking for. Even though I needed a three-bedroom apartment which they do not offer she still showed me their largest two-bedroom with a den. The property, amenities, and apartments are absolutely gorgeous. While I ultimately decided to rent elsewhere due to my need for a three-bedroom, I wanted to make sure I recommended Susana. She did an amazing job explaining everything and sharing helpful information about the area.
