He worked with us negotiated terms for us and was always working for us in the background right down to our signing of documents and closing on our home. New to Savannah, Excellent experience. We were hoping to relocate to the Savannah area but the Realstate market is challenging. Our friends had used other agents and did not have great reviews. I was lucky enough to get ahold of Tripp and boy were we lucky. We had a better than expected rapport. Excellent communication via text/call.
