South Vista Apartments

SV apartments is a great place to live. The management team is very helpful and sends people to clean up the area so it looks nice. The environment is very calm and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I’ve never had an issue with the management and they take very good care of us. They tend to give us goodies during the holidays. My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place. My husky definitely enjoys having that potty area that SV provides. Thank you SV for giving us a great and clean place to live!

Responsive team and spacious apartments, perfect first apartment for my boyfriend and I to live without roommates!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier! The community is very friendly and respectful of each other and it’s a very quiet neighborhood, you will occasionally hear noises from the business next to SV but for the most part it’s very quiet. We live super close to different grocery store, fast food joints, coffee shops etc. the area is super walkable and so much nature is around you. I also like how the Sv apartments are kinda hidden so not a lot of people are roaming around your area. The residents are very friendly and are respectful of their living area. For the most part the residents mind their own business and keep to themselves, but they will occasionally ask how you are doing. My boyfriend and I made friends with our downstairs neighbo

The property is in a densely populated area so there is some mischief. But it's clean, we feel safe, they don't rent to loud or disrespectful people. I've been here for 7 years and have never had any issues with the property management. They allow dogs and all of the animals are safe and the owners clean up after them. It's definitely one of the best places I have rented.

This place and the management are a joke. Zero communication of when managers are hired, the current manager is extremely rude and unprofessional hardly does she even answer the phone as she screens all calls. Had I not called corporate we would still not have landscaping care or the fresh bark that has been now laid down. I used my water faucet outside of my building in the summer to wash my car, was told that’s not ours to use and then my hose and nozzle had been removed from the property without any permission at all. They do what they want and are bullies. I highly advise against this property. Definitely not worth the new rate of 1500 a month either. Way to many things that need to be updated and fixed.
