Sandra S. is the best! Very professional with great customer service! With plenty of leasing options and flexibility with the move in dates I was moved into my apartment within a couple weeks of seeing the listing… right on time! Very clean and so far very quiet I’m loving it! 😊

Under new ownership, this community has completely turned around! It’s beautiful inside! They have renovated the parking lot, the inside buildings and all of the apartments. My experience with the staff was wonderful moving in. I’ve lived here now for 2 months and I’m so glad I chose this area. Maintenance is fast and courteous.

So far everything has been good! Move in process was really smooth. Sandra helped me get through everything I needed help with I really appreciate her so much she’s always resourceful, answers at anytime of the day and is very sweet.

I live behind this apartment complex and they bother me with several things on a regular basis. 1. The garbage trucks slam the dumpsters before 7am sometimes, walking me up. I work late so this is very annoying. 2. They have cars constantly honking and revving their loud modified exhausts. (I like cars but these cars have fart cans and straight pipes, so it doesn't even sound good) 3. They just installed 4 incredibly bright LED floodlights on the back buildings, which shine in my bedroom window keeping me up.

Sandra was really nice and helpful. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. I’ve been here a week now and I have no complaints
