I was thinking of getting a apartment there but saw kids frighting right outside the office

I moved in in March 2024. It's now early June 2024. Management is non-existent. Contact numbers do not work or are out of service. Online resident portal (through which rent was paid and receipts provided, among other things) is no longer operable. These circumstances constitute breach of contract by the property. I put my May rent in the office's drop box 30 days ago and it still has not even been presented to my bank and I have NOT been contacted about it. Please believe the negative reviews about maintenance requests that seem to go into a "black hole"; I have had to place several since being a resident and none have been responded to, let alone addressed. Worst management by far. Everything breaks down, and when you put in a work order, they delete it, and it takes weeks to get anything just looked at. They're never in the office, nor do they ever show up at work and rarely answer the phone when they are. Emergency maintenance is ignored. The manager said herself that she doesn't listen to them. Office staff is supposed to be on site Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's but will completely no show and doesn't update you about anything unless they want to give you a 5 day notice because you withheld rent because of tenants rights. Even them they will add fees to your rent bill. A creepy man continuously showed up at my door at all hours of the night multiple times a week for weeks before I moved. Would leave a 0 if I could. ROACH INFESTATION do not move here! The owners who took over 3 years ago have ran this place into the ground. They are only ever on-site to collect rent but leave maintenance requests unanswered. Can't wait until my lease is up!
