South Pointe

I applied for an apartment at South Pointe Apartments & paid a deposit. My application was approved, but I ultimately decided not to move forward. I never signed a lease, never received keys, and never took possession of the unit. When I requested my deposit back, I was informed it would not be refunded simply because my application had been approved. No lease was ever executed. Additionally, I had property delivered to the location that was stolen, and I have had to file a police report. This raised serious safety concerns for me. My experience with management has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been dismissive, and I have been forced to consider legal action to recover my funds. Alondra is very nice person who is very helpful to all tenants. Very good at customer service. She’s very on top of everything and always answers every question I have. I recommend coming to these apartments. You will be taken care of very well by Alondra in the front office.

The maintenance guy Demarcus did an amazing job! He was very professional and efficient. The girls in the office are amazing as well. They are always sweet, professional and get things done when needed. Thank you again!

My Leasing Professional was ms Desiree and she was absolutely amazing. She made the transition from my last apartment to the new one smooth and seamless. She was so accommodating, and She walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything as well.

Alondra and Luis are the only reason we have stayed here this long. Alondra in the office deserves a raise and promotion she is quick to resolve any issues and Luis will come out and fix anything. The only Issues we still have is the plumbing issues constantly, the high water, gas and stormwater bills, all the homeless & no outside lights. Hoping these new owners will start making changes
