Maintenance has been great, nice place so far

Moving in a newly renovated apartment was nice aside from having a poor furnace with poor airflow. Sam over in maintaince made it a point to get me a new one after being convinced it was poorly running, now I have great heat and air flow justifying the bills I pay. Aside from the maintaince team, everything else is subpar. The office only care about your bank account balance and not your safety. Crime and drug are here on a daily basis. If you can get past that the place is nice inside the comfort of your own unit.

I have been living here for going on three years. I can't wait till the lease is up in May. Do yourself a favor don't rent here. I ask the apartment manager if she would keep mt rent at the same price for another year & she told me she couldn't do it. That was a bunch of BS. All the owners of this property care about is making money.

It's a nice place, it's now under Continental Management. They go up 30.00 each year, they are always renovating. No security that's fine but more than ten cars has been vandalized in two months. New office people are like overseers and will leap at you with fist ready

I wish that I could give this a -50 rating. Black mold just covered over with paint. TRAILER TRASH MANAGEMENT. New company is only nice when they want you to sign their new bogus lease that would require you to pay an extra 2 months if you break the lease…. And you will break the lease because the remodelers are shady. THEY WANT TO LEAVE ALL OF THE DOORS OPEN TO ALL OF THE APARTMENTS WHILE THEY PAINT THE DOORS FOR 4-8 HOURS FOR THE PAINT TO DRY which means that you'd better trust EVERYONE and the public with your household belongings and property. A woman moved in and the peephole in her door completely disappeared. She felt unsafe so she left. The remodeling is already torn up because the work done and product used is CHEAP/SHODDY.
