I've lived here for about a year with my husband and toddler. When we went to sign our lease last year they were very welcoming and took kindly to my son which is always a plus. We moved into a nice and spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The area is very clean and kid friendly, the pool is nice and clean. Parking is not bad at all. Downtown isn't a far walk away. All in all I have nothing but positive things, maintenence is nice and fast with requests that need to be completed and management is lovely. It feels like home.

EDITED TO ADD: The complex is really nice, and the apartment interiors are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighbors are, for the most part, friendly, and maintenance has been amazing and very responsive. We moved out because for us personally the smell was make-or-break, but we understand it is not an issue in every building. ----- We are current residents, and there is a constant marijuana smell inside that comes into our apartment, coming through the vents and making it extremely unpleasant to live here—especially with two infants in the home. Management knew about this problem before we moved in but still let us sign the lease without saying anything. We have complained many times and they have completely ignored us. I love my apartment it’s A spacious two bedroom two bathroom and I love the view from my patio is very peaceful and the overall building is clean management and maintenance are great. I haven’t even been here a year yet, but Tina makes me feel right at home and she’s always available when you need her. This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!!

I have been here just under a month and I have loved it! I moved from out of state as well, and Tina was so incredibly helpful working with me from all the way across the country. The view is gorgeous and the community is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.
