Looking for an apartment in San Diego is definitely in my top 10 least favorite things to do …. However Jocelyn made such a daunting task so pleasant . From the first day I called to inquire about the property to now she has always responded back promptly . Jocelyn was extremely informative and has been accommodating to all my needs as a tenant. As far as the property itself , it’s clean, well kept, and a new build which is a plus for me .

The absolute worst building management. Their fire alarm box has been going off for a week straight and they have done nothing to address it in spite of the many numerous phone complaints from the neighborhood. This is a fire safety hazard and nuisance noise. The fire department came out and took care of it after numerous complaints and said next time theyll fine the building. The building management does not answer their phones and the voicemail box is full.

There is no parking. When asked about the parking situation the manager responded “this is on par for San Diego.” To think they built an entirely new building and maximized profit over people is disgusting.
