South Oaks Apartments

I have been living at South Oaks for over 10 years and I am still as satisfied as day 1. The current management is the best! Cece goes above and beyond for all, Aiyana always gives great customer service, and Destin is always a phone call away. I really appreciate the effort that each of them put forth.

DO NOT RENT HERE! My daughter has lived in this complex for a few years. I have visited her often in her first apartment there. It was nice she rarely had any maintenance issues. Last year she moved to a two bedroom and the troubles started from day one. First it was infested with roaches, she called me in tears it was so bad! She contacted the office who said they sprayed and it was normal after having it bombed prior to move in. No it’s not coming from a background in property management, they did not go back in the apartment after bombing it?? Haven’t heard of that but ok. Then her windows would poir water when it rained, not leak but pour. Email unanswered, her and her partner had damages to their things and was told that it was renters insurance is for… no renters insurance does not c

I been living here at South Oaks Apartments for about 2 1/2 years. The apartments is kept up very well. The Manager and her staff is very professional. Living here at South Oaks Apartments is for me have been a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live and call home South Oaks Apartments is the place.

As a mom helping my daughter get her very first apartment, I was nervous, protective, and honestly a little emotional. I wanted to make sure she was moving into a place that was safe, well-managed, and somewhere she could truly feel at home. From the moment we walked into this apartment complex, I knew we were in the right place. Alona and Cece, the property managers, made this experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were welcoming, patient, and incredibly professional. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions (and trust me, I had plenty), and never once made us feel rushed or dismissed. I move in tomorrow and my experience has been nothing but the best! Aiyana has been in constant communication and answering all questions I have. Cece was great at answering my questions too when I came into the office last week. Can’t wait to get my keys tomorrow!!! 😁
