Been here for about 4 months and have been really happy with our decision to lease here. Rashod is a major reason why we decided to choose South Meadows Apartments so we're super grateful to him for showcasing the apartment complex so well! Maintenance has always been quick to answer our requests as well. The only thing is I wish the pools were finished, but hopefully they will be soon.

The staff at this complex is extremely nice and helpful. Rashod ensured that I had more than just a leasing agent to help me and my roommate move in. He goes above and beyond in his job to make sure you not all have a smooth moving-in experience but also a friendly face that is more than just your leasing agent. The staff is definitely what makes this place so great!

Rashod and the team at South Meadows have been amazing to work with. They have been responsive and available as I have navigated through the application and leasing process, and have consistently answered questions that have come up on my end quickly and clearly. Rashod even called me just before closing after a busy day on his end to give me an update and to set expectations on what I could expect the next day in terms of checklists and to-dos.
