South Mall Apartments

I been out here 2 years and its not a great place to live . If you need some where to live until you can do better . The old management was bad and now the new is worst they can't keep a maintenance man. They pitch things up and don't fix things the right way . Then get mad when you report them, didn't renew my lease lie on me to people like I'm tearing up the apartment. IM MOVING OUT OF THIS TRASH PLACE AND i RECOMEND NO ONE MOVE OUT HERE .

Apartment complex is nice and most days it is quiet. What I don't like is that they cut the water off randomly and tell you after the fact. My water heater is broken and it has been 2 days and they cant tell me when they are gonna fix it when or when the part will be in. They were suppose to come out and spray for bugs like every complex does and they still haven't done that, that message was sent months ago. Management is ok, I don't really have any issues with them and they are nice. Just communication is not the best thing they have going for them.

I haven't been here just quite a year but it is a nice place to live I don't recommend small children but it's a great starter. The staff is nice but very busy , some of the neighbors are great people and like to look out for each other and then there are some that keep to themselves. I would like to see these apartments modernized and the swimming pool cleaned and the park area fenced off from people's yards

Don't recommend at all. It's like a small Gibbs Village. I went to visit my best friend and as I was coming out a man was coming from down stairs with a large gun in his hand. He proceeded to walk around the parking lot while yelling at his girlfriend. It was already bad enough that I had to hear the unnecessary noise while I was in the apartment. But seeing it in person made me feel real uncomfortable.

When I first moved don’t get me wrong everything was great but I got con by my old landlord I wrote her a letter intended that I we’re moving out months before my leased in she misplaced it and my apartment key and when I gave her my last month rent payment she pocket the money and renewed my lease for additional 5 months so now I can’t get no apartment because it says I owe them 3600$
