The Flats at Hampstead

I am completely new to Montgomery and so glad that I was introduced to Hampstead. I am glad to say that I am a Hampstead resident. I have dealt exclusively with Brittany and she has done a great job making me feel at home. She is always pleasant, responsive, and courteous. The community is impressive and has some of the most attractive features -- pond, walking path, restaurants, prestine custom homes, and beautiful apartments.

We just moved into our new apartment and I’m honestly so happy with our place. The whole process was smooth and way less stressful than I expected. I really have to shout out Brittany Allen because she was SUCH a big help. She answered all our questions, kept us updated, and made sure everything was handled. This is a great community to live in Eastchase. My wife and I really enjoyed our apartment, the amenities, community, and area in what was a relatively affordable place. Brittany Allen is absolutely fantastic to work with and is always positive and accommodating. Some of the others in the office can be a little stuck up especially when we were inquiring about the wait list and initially getting settled in, partly because they know this is an elite and exclusive place to live. The waitlist can be very long, so if you do want to live here, make sure you apply months before you plan to move in. However, there's really no better place to be if you are looking for an apartment in Montgomery.
