South Coast Landings Apartment Community

Great place to live. I love the sense of community. Children can be seen playing outside at the playground or riding their bikes and scooters. There are dogs and people out walking all the time. The maintenance team is dedicated. They are always running around to make sure they keep up with keeping the property looking good and running well, and they always do it with a smile. Management is always finding ways to make improvements throughout the property. They most recently just updated/replaced all of the balcony railings and what a difference! They look awesome! They put on some amazing resident events to get people out and mingling with their neighbors. Its always a great time. I love living here and I look forward to being here for many years to come.

I have a friend that live in this "community". It's pretty disgusting how much dog poop I have to avoid every time I visit. Everytime it rains it leaks into the apartment from the slider. "Balcony" that feels like it's about to fall over the building anytime someone step foot into it. They never do any maintenance it seems and this place is not a cheap spot to live. I don't know how the "management" team isn't in court all the time.

Live at building four and it was absolutely peaceful. The maintenance staff, especially Tommy. The maintenance man who is extremely knowledgeable and caring he cared about the quality of work. He cared about the property and he cared about the residence. The office staff was OK. And at the same time delightful. Unfortunately, we had to move to take care of my mother, but as time went on, we decided to move back to South Coast landings, and I enjoyed every year that was spent there. Love the. Amenities with the pool was refreshing the gym was absolutely sterile clean the basketball court was exhilarating in the barbecue area was lifetime of memories spent with the family there. I will definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone. Sincerely, Rick.

I have lived here for two years now the place is quiet, clean, and the grounds are well-kept. Upon moving in I had some repairs that needed attention the maintenance man Tommy was excellent. As soon as the work order was reviewed he responded promptly. He was kind understanding And courteous. His workmanship was stellar as he takes great pride in what he does top notch !!
