Was good to a certain extent. Great neighbors, half of the office staff is rude and hate when you ask questions, especially Stephanie. They dont maintain the grounds as well as they once did. Maintenance and management really dropped the ball. Complained about soot build up since the day I moved in and they refused to remediate the issue and instead blamed it on me. Said my wall plugins and air freshener were picking up dust particles in the air causing the black build up. If that were the case then why is the air so dirty?The black substance built up EVERYWHERE. Even in the brand new refrigerator they placed in the apartment (which ik it was new because it was boxed in the middle of the floor on my move in date and it was spotless when they installed) They replaced the refrigerator just f

Had an awesome move-in experience with South Bridge Apartments. Both Homer and Oh Shar were very informative and helpful. When I needed assistance with my washer unit, the maintenance team was prompt and professional.

I moved in in November my agent Analisa was amazing she fill out the application for me and was a big help once I was approved. She made me feel so welcome.
