South Beach by Logan

I definitely agree with some of the reviews on here speaking about the condition the apartments are in. They’re really nice apartments, but it could definitely use a paint job and some rework on their doors accessing towards the apartments. It opened up a few years ago, but it’d be nice if when you walked in it gave “clean”. It currently gives off the opposite of that. I bet management is amazing, but they should live up to their photos on their website with maintaining the paint, removal of scratches/dents, and cleanliness of these “luxury apartments”.

I’ve been living at South Beach by Logan for a year now and I absolutely love it. The facilities are amazing and always well maintained. Randy, our maintenance manager, is the best. He always fixes everything for us and does it super fast. I truly recommend living here.

We toured it, and it was great! But there can definitely be some changes made with the appearance of the apartment. A lot of the amenities rooms were messy (the salon), and when we were nearing the access door for the apartments, the doors seemed to be in not the best shape. It kinda makes it loose it’s “luxury” feel, and it’s be really nice if it had a paint job. Hopefully they consider that in the future?

From promptly addressing property concerns to keeping everyone informed on work order updates, their professionalism and care truly stand out. Recently, I had a few concerns regarding noise ordinances and maintenance issues, and the team went above and beyond to resolve everything efficiently and with great communication. They not only listened attentively but also followed through to ensure that the situation was handled respectfully. Melvin, Edna, and Marcia has been an outstanding commumity here at South Beach. Any time I’ve needed something handled, he’s been on it fast and with zero attitude. He’s professional, reliable, and actually communicates, which is rare these days. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about my lease, or anything going on around the building, he’s always respectful and gets things taken care of. He keeps the property running smooth and makes living here a lot easier. Appreciate the way he manages the community. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy living at South Beach Apartments.
