Sound at Gateway Commons

We had a maintenance issue in our unit, and the property manager handled it quickly and professionally. They responded promptly, scheduled repairs in a timely manner, and kept us updated throughout the process. The problem was resolved faster than expected, with minimal disruption.

For the amount paid for rent, the sound at gateway commons is not worth it. There are plenty of better options nearby that are much better alternatives. The management at the leasing office almost never picks up the phone when called, and it takes multiple tries to get through to the leasing office. Extremely lazy, and shows they really don't care. Overall, the apartments are nice but not worth the amount of rent, and the leasing office almost never picks up the phone.

I lived here for roughly 1.5 years. The apartments themselves are newer and are fairly nice. When I first got there everything was great (despite high rent), but then the property was sold to new owners who put in new management and maintenance. The overall standards and the attitude and conduct of management towards residents went downhill quickly. Although the apartments and location are currently still nice, I didn’t feel the high (and ever increasing) rents were justified given the overall decline in the property.

New resident here and I have loved my experience thus far. The leasing team is always very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. My new apartment is also great and I enjoy using the facilities and gym which is open to residents 24/7. We are surrounded by nature and its nice to be able to come home to a peaceful and serene environment after a stressful day on the job. No complaints here!

Don’t read any 5 star reviews as they’re fake, read the most recent 1 star reviews and it’s not too far fetched! This “luxury” apartment is FAR from luxury. The dumpster is always full even the recycling. People leave mattresses at the dumpster and it sits for weeks and even put recycling in the trash area. Packages are put in the main office and they always go missing (Assuming that’s a problem since they needed to put that in the lease that if packages go missing it’s not managements fault even though they are the ones who accept the packages). Amenities suck, the pools were shut down a handful of times this summer from kids pooping and getting sick, one time there was too much chlorine they had to get a pool company here to fix the levels, turning all blonde hair green. Dogs bark 24/7 o
