Soumis Construction, Inc.

Soumis construction framed and installed windows, doors and siding for my new construction home. They installed the siding and some windows improperly causing several issues. They also left a terrible mess including nails and sharp debris. They have yet to correct their mistakes and I was told they will not pay their employees to return to my house. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I contracted to use Soumis Construction to build my new home in Carlton. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in good time. The framing was fairly complex but they handled it like it is definitely something they did everyday. Jesse the owner was there most of the time working onsite with his guys, he definitely is not a paper contractor he actually performs the work with his team. He also asked questions when necessary to make sure I wanted something done a certain way, and if I did want to make a small change they performed the work as I desired. I couldn't be happier with the end result.
