We had an extremely disappointing experience with Barb E Hanson. Not only did Barb fail to complete the necessary paperwork correctly, but her negligence cost us thousands of dollars Throughtout the process, Barbara was unresponsive and failed to provide clear communication or guidance. We trusted Barb "Adolphson Real Estate Inc" with the sale of our property, and their lack of professionalism and attention to detail left us in a financially damaging situation. We would not recommend Barb E Hanson to anyone looking for a competent and reliable "Realtor" Adolphson Real Estate. All Barb was looking for was her commission, Barb was supposed to be representing us, and it's obviously, the buyer got her to swindle, thousands of dollars from us. I spoke with one of their realtors, Gerald Gorbet, about a property I was interested in. He mentioned something about a contract when I spoke with him on the phone. He told me there was some lawsuit in the past month, and now this contract needed to be signed prior to showing the property. He never sent the contract prior to the showing. When I showed up he had two printed copies of the contract with him. He told me he was having computer issues so he hadn't been able to send me a copy. Gerald started trying to explain the contract. I stopped him and told him I would just read it over. He kept talking as I started to read. Eventually he stopped trying to tell me what the contract said. I noticed some of the blanks in the contract had been filled out by a computer. I thought it was odd he

Greg Tesdahl is a realtor that I hope never darkens my doorstep again. He was very rude; showed up early to a last-minute showing that we allowed (15 minutes' notice), and said "That's what happens when you list a house." He even TOLD me not to shut my own door. This guy cockily said the folks who said they were going to write up offers were all talk and no action. (Mind you, we got written offers from 50% of our showings.) He was nosy and pushy, asked questions about who we bought the house from, if offers had been made, and was very abrupt. I am very thankful that this guy wasn't my realtor.-I'd have fired him in a heartbeat.

Tom Muehlberger was incredible! He efficiently and effectively guided us through the entire process of selling two homes and buying one.
