Sotol Riverside

I've been here for years and I just have to say that this is a great place to live!!! The manager becky and yesi who work there are two of the most kindest and down to earth people i know and im just lucky to have met these amazing people. They are very great listeners should I ever have a concern or a question. Having a gym makes it better!!! I do hope to see the gym being open 24/7 with cameras in 2026 tho so I could work out during the weekends as well as weekdays!! But other than that its a great place!!! With a great management and staff!!!

I’ve had a good experience living in this condominium, and I want to take a moment to recognize Jorge, who has consistently provided excellent service. Recently, he helped with a maintenance request in my unit, and he did an exceptional job. Jorge was professional, respectful, and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing, made sure the issue was fully resolved, and left the area clean and organized. His work ethic and positive attitude truly stand out. I really appreciate his dedication and the quality of his service. Thank you, Jorge, for your outstanding work — you make living here an even better experience.

Sotol Riverside has some of the most spacious and big apartments I’ve seen around Austin. This property has gone through so much and has had so many new faces within the office. Luckily maintenance has been the same for many years and Angel has done a fantastic job keeping up with this place. If it wasn’t for him maintenance would be all over the place.

I had (10) days to find another apartment, to some folks that’s plenty of time but someone like me that has some hiccups on my Background Check that almost seemed improbable. The Management Staff and Maintenance Crew did their due diligence and got me approved, lease signed, keys given, The Make-Ready Completed, and moved in with time to spare. Awesome Job👏🏾👏🏾 I Love Yall 💯💯🫡🫡 Note: The pics were taken during the Mid-Move-In Phase 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤣but y’all get the point.

Sotol Riverside is a gem, and its amazing maintenance truly shines! Angel deserves a special shout-out for keeping everything in top-notch condition. The attention to detail really makes the experience there wonderful.
