Walnut Town homes were infested with roaches and mice. They continuously told me they were fixing the issue but neither got better. Rob can be very hostile when he doesn’t agree with you. He “threatened” to kick me off my lease early bc I told him I didn’t want to have a conversation with someone so hostile and confrontational when I’m just wanting the mice shit off my counters. “Freshly remodeled” but if you lean against the wall the patches will fall right in and they won’t fix it even after putting it in the app. The walls are PAPER THIN, neighbors were loud and dirty, no credit checks, people smoke in the breeze way causing apartments to smell like cigarettes. Selective about who’s allowed pets and who isn’t. They say existing pets were allowed but people were getting new animals and n

We have rented from SOS for over 5 years now. Wonderful family and company that works with you and tries to give you a great experience any way that they can. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an affordable place to rent.
