We recently used Jake Epling at American Dream to sell a rental home we've owned nearly 26 years. Originally, we thought it might be a hard sell but Jake made it so easy. We even ran into a snag with the appraisal but he set forth to remedy the situation quickly. We closed super fast and his communication throughout the whole process was excellent. It was seriously a great experience to work with him. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. We really can't say enough good things about him! She was very responsive and even went as far as lining up contractors for me to get work done on my moms home so we could meet inspection requirements for the sale of the home.
