Terrible management, zero transparency, and practices bordering on abuse. My experience with this complex has been extremely disappointing, and I want to publicly document what happened. Management sent me an email informing me that, due to internal errors during their management change, they had accumulated water charges that hadn't been billed correctly. When I saw the email, I immediately requested a payment plan and a detailed breakdown of the charges to resolve the issue responsibly. I never received a response. They didn't send the requested information, clarify the amounts, or offer any payment options. They simply ignored my request. “Gated community” but gates don’t work. “Gym” but there’s not even a doorknob on the door, no sanitary equipment, nor do half of their machines work. Also dirty equipment. I’ve had my window and front door leaking when it rains- 4 maintenance requests- not fixed. I was told “it’s a known issue we are waiting on parts”- for an active leak during a storm…. The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. Like food caked on the blinds and the cabinets. I requested a re-clean the the cleaning lady (ONE LADY) came over with rags and a spray bottle. Front office doesn’t care about their residents. This is far from luxury. Find somewhere else to live.

Everything bad you read about this complex, especially about the management is true. There is zero transparency and zero accountability, particularly when it comes to fees. You get overcharged for water with no explanation. Why? Because management decides so. You pay monthly for valet trash, yet on move-out day you’re suddenly charged $50 per trash bag, even though this fee was never communicated in advance. In our case, we were hit with a $350 trash-out charge with no proof and no reasonable explanation. As for the complex itself: the apartments are outdated and luxury is a stretch. The price isn’t terrible, so that part is tolerable. What isn’t tolerable is the roach and ant problem. I'm a current resident at this apartment. Not sure where to begin as there's literally nothing good about this place, The receptionists and especially Assistant Manager, never seen someone as rude in an apartment leasing office. The only time I've seen them nice is while showing us around before I moved here and I 100% regret moving here after living in several other better communities. Work orders are automatically deleted without addressing. The ceiling was leaking in my apartment, raised a work order and they left a tornado fan in here that's been here for over 3 months, roaches so big I've never seen in any apartments, leaking faucets and showers, cheap quality apartments with no play area for kids, rude and arrogant people in lease office, those who are considering moving here don't f

If you want a LUXURY apartment this is not a place for you!! I lived here for 2 years 1 year in a regular apartment and 1 year in a townhome. Honestly it was terrible. When I first moved in the apartments on the 3rd floor it was roaches and ants. The number of pest control treatments was unbelievable. The breezeways were NEVER power washed. I lived at the end of the hall where the trash valet dragged everyone’s trash in front of my door which brought ants to the front of the door. Transferred to the townhome where I wouldn’t have to worry about breezeways and trash everywhere. Still terrible. STILL BUGS……The garage smelled terrible they still didn’t power wash the front porches with the nest and wasp nests. Switched management and the WATER BILL SKYROCKETED with so many “service fees”
