Sooner Haven Apartments

I moved in about a month ago now. I was really scared and skeptical at first after reading the reviews but I really needed a new place to live. I took the chance, and I haven’t had any problems, the apartment was clean and nicely done!! :) haven’t heard any fighting or shootings, have seen some dogs roaming around but atleast they’ve been friendly so far! lol

They call these Sooner Haven Apartments because you will need a Haven out of here Sooner than later. This place is evil, always has been, always will be. Please, for the love of God, do not move your children here. This place has evil attached to it. Before I lived here my life was flourishing, I had everything I needed, except a place to live. Now, I've been here four years, I've lost everything. My children have seen gun fights, people being jumped. This place will never change. The office people don't give a dang about anything, it's just a job for them, they get to go home away from the hell hole. As of Dec, 2024 there are more than ten families moving out.

This place is horrible. My friend was murdered there. My Husband was murdered there and the Landlord said out of 44 Cameras none were operating.

I will give them only a bit of slack but the kids are still a problem and there are lose dogs every where so watch your kids also they need to really be better about the dogs and they need to do something about the kids they run out on the street and just be running in front of cars coming by like omg they really need more effort and the rent still trash.

Love my apartment! It's fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, wood panel flooring carpet in the bedrooms and granite countertops! I couldn't be happier to be able to rent an apartment this nice for such a low monthly payment. I was one of the first tenants to move in after they finished remodeling so there are still plenty of vacancies. If you need an affordable apartment, you can't find a better place!
