I’ve previously left a review & im doing it again to seriously warn anyone not to move here. They do not care about their residents. I put in several maintenance orders to get a leak fixed and it took them 3 weeks to fix. That leak resulted in mold growing and they have yet to have it fixed. I ask them weekly about it & yet they’ve done nothing. They charged me for 3-4 months for “not having insurance” even though I proved I did multiple times. I even had my insurance company reach out to prove it. They refuse to pay me back. They steal your money, charge you insane double fees for pest, trash, water, etc. They don’t care if your unit is a health hazard & that they are breaking their contracts. I regret renewing my lease.
Please don’t move here. Don’t even consider it. I’m not even exaggerating when I say this is the worst place I’ve ever lived at… I’ve only lived here 5 months too. Just within the first month I had to deal with roaches. There’s pests like raccoons here that knock over your trashcans and rip bags open. It’s a mess. It’s not worth the price and the additional fees. They charge for trash valet multiple times. Multiple charges for “storm water.” I had my apartment flood. I know the prices seem good at first glance but it’s definitely not worth it. They tow here too. I put in maintenance requests and it doesn’t get fixed, until I ask multiple times. If you are looking into moving into this complex be aware that necessary repairs needed to your apartment will not be done in a timely manner. I have currently been without A/C in my apartment since 10/28/2025. I went almost 2 weeks before they installed a portable unit which only cools 1 room in my apartment. I have submitted at least 5 different service requests which get marked as completed without a fix to the issue. I was told the first 2 weeks with no ac that I needed a new air handler and it was on order they were just waiting for it to be shipped. I went into the office to talk to management in person and found out my air handler had never actually been ordered and they would start the ordering process and keep me updated. I have been a resident of this community for two years, and overall, my experience has been average at best. Unfortunately, the maintenance services have consistently been unsatisfactory. Work orders are frequently marked as “completed” even when the issues remain unresolved. For example, my smoke detector began chirping on October 8th, indicating a low battery. Since the detectors are hardwired, I could not address the issue myself. I submitted a work order, and although it was marked as completed after two days, the problem was not resolved. When I returned from a work trip on November 8th, the smoke detector was still chirping every minute.
