Sonterra Apartments

I have lived in several apartments in my life and Sonterra has been the best hands down! Cassidy was accommodating, kind and professional. We were moving back to Roseville from the Bay Area and there was a lot of stress involving this move but Cassidy made it so smooth and was there every step of the way she truly made me and my partner feel like a family friend! If I don’t see Cassidy in the office I see her walking the community always with a smile saying hi to people and I love she says hi to my dog and gives her treats sometimes! Cassidy is always there when you need her she is the glue to Sonterra and treats that community as her own that is for sure!! I have been a resident of sonterra for a few years now and keep renewing because of the office staff. Special shout out to Cassidy she was getting ready to go home for the night and caught her just as she was leaving about my outlets not having power in my kitchen. She without issue came over and fixed my power issue and all was well. Cassidy and Gigi truly go above and beyond for us here and really do care! You guys are the best staff thanks for all you do to keep this place running.

I have lived at Sonterra for some time and absolutely love it. If you need help with anything and I mean anything ask for cassidy in the office. We just went through a change with the payment portal and I called the office requesting help, and she went out of her way to walk to my apartment and assist. If she is not in the office, she is usually out walking around with a smile on her face and knows us by name when she sees us out down to my dog. Between staffing changes she remains a constant and is a large reason our family continues to renew. Great Location, Pet Friendly and top notch staff!

I’ve been at Sonterra for 3 years now and it’s been such a great experience. From the start Cassidy and Gigi have been amazing . Quick to handle concerns and go above and beyond .
