The neighbors are loud and disgusting. No matter how much you clean you'll always have roaches in your home. A new addition to that are freaking MICE. There are now mice in this complex. Your parking space will always be taken by someones visitors or just another resident who will stay there all day and night. The manager on site never speaks to the tenants unless you're half a day late with rent. Psychotic people screaming with their doors open at all hours of the day and when its brought up to the managers at raintree (both owned by proresidential and the only place you can pay your rent) they say they will handle it, yet never do. This complex is disgusting, the managers are rude, in desperate need of renovation and extermination services. DONT come here. You're doing yourself a favor
