Raintree Gardens Apartments

Aline has been amazing from start to finish with our application and move in process. She has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I can’t wait to move in!

I moved here and at first it was not good things did not get done and it was very tough to get any one to finish a work order. However with new management and an on-site manager Will things are getting much better the pool has been opened quite a bit more the work orders get filled twice as fast and things have really turned around. Wonderful staff Delilah Will and all the others make it much easier to get things done and seem to actually care about the residents well being I look forward. To seeing more improvement as time goes on!

These apartments are really bad. Since I’ve moved in it’s like every week you get a text message stating the water is shut off due to a repair. Literally every week you gone get a text about the water is off. They maintenance technician doesn’t respond quick like an apartment supposed to. They don’t follow up with the work orders you put in. Like I’ve put in a work order in for a bug inspection when I first moved in 9/6/19 and still haven’t got that done. So yeah I wouldn’t suggest moving in these apartments.

Place is a dive even by low standards. Lived there 4 months and during that time there were gang fights in the courtyard that police wouldn't even respond to, there was a neighbor upstairs that had her next door neighbor stab a knife through her front door 13 times for unfriending her on Facebook, another neighbor upstairs had a gun pulled on him by another resident while he was knocking on his neighbors door, multiple Windows were broken out along the parking lot side of the apartments, a car was left on blocks after its wheels were stolen, the laundry facility is completely destroyed by thieves robbing the machines for a few coins, we went for 2 months in the middle of winter with no heat in our apartment as it is poorly maintained, and the maintenance guy brought us a small tube of ANT

The Roach infestation is out of control.
