Great location for hill country peace while also quick to main spots in Oak Hill, Sunset Valley, and overall South Austin. New construction is always a perk and thankfully not bothersome at all. I'm excited to see the finished neighborhood. The office staff are very professional, I felt very comfortable touring, and I felt very welcomed at home! Definitely schedule an appointment to see the views for yourself. Ask for Moe or Grant.

Hello, I am wondering if they’ll have any units for people that don’t have such high income. By that I mean good people that shouldn’t have to pay so much to live in Austin. I have a friend that is in the service industry and provides for herself but so much of her income goes to rent. She currently lives a bit down from Sonora. I live in the neighborhood and told her to consider Sonora since it’s closer to me so we can do things together.

The apartments are beautiful, 2 pools and a great gym. The staff is very friendly and the location is close to downtown and there is an HEB right down the street.
