I have come here last year with my husband. He made the right choice! Sonoma is one of best housing apartments in the whole college station. The rent is good and they have an amazing swimming pool. We are currently in 2 bed- 1 bath apartment. Their maintenance is top notch. The manager and other staffs are amazing person. We love being here and grateful to the Sonoma Community!

Moved here in July and the experience has been nothing but great. Staff and management go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Apartments are very spacious and well kept. Neighborhood is perfect, no noise and so close to everything. Very grateful and lucky to have leased here.

I am very satisfied with living in the Sonoma apartment complex. I live in a 2bed and 1.5bath room.The layout is very efficient, and the complex is very well maintained. There are plenty of roos for storage. The managers reply promptly on requests or inquiries, making sure that all are well maintained. Not just the inside, the exterior and the pool is well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

I have been living here for more than a year. The two-bedroom, one-bath apartments offer plenty of space for small families. Each apartment has its own patio and balcony, and we love this place. The management team is very friendly and welcoming, and they try to resolve any maintenance issues as soon as possible.

My wife and I have been living here for about 3 years now. Management and staff is great and consistent, always friendly and helpful, solving any maintenance requests we might have in a reasonable time frame (usually same day or the next). The apartment we live in (1B1B) is very spacious and doesn't have any problems whatsoever, all the appliances work as usual, good heat/ac. The location is also great, not as close (it feels very peaceful here, no noise whatsoever) but also not as far away from Texas A&M (fast car drive or bus ride with a never too crowded bus stop basically in front of the apartment complex), with easy access (again, via bus or car) to H-E-B. The park close by (wolf pen creek park) is also a great place to exercise and relax, being only a 5 minute walk. We couldn't have
