SONO One

I feel so lucky to have lived at Sono One. The property managers Brittany and Rich are awesome! They are incredibly friendly and attentive. There’s a quick response time for maintenance requests. And the location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown where you’ll find the mall, movie theatre, and restaurants. The apartment has a modern flair with sparkling countertops and a spacious bedroom and bathroom which I loved. And what really stood out were the friendships I made with some of my neighbors. Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10.

AMAZING!! My partner and I just passed the 1 year mark of living at Sono One and only have amazing things to say. Everything in the apartment is updated, staff is prompt and helpful when any issues arise, and understanding. The building is cleaned on a regular basis and the grounds are always in great shape. No tricks or over-billing, the rent is extremely fair for what you get and no hidden fees like so many other buildings. Big shout out to Jennifer and Rich for being so wonderful. If a spot opens up here- TAKE IT!

I have now lived here for just one year and have told the management that I am not going to renew the lease. There are a few reasons why I have decided not to. There is not a onsite management and when issues arise, you have to call them and let them know. There are a few times when fire alarm was blasting in the first floor hallway and guess how long it last: all day! It's not the managmeent's fault but there are definitely some things that could be taken care of better if there is onsite mangement. However, I don't have too much compalint about the management since they are nice to talk to and pretty responsive. The real issue I have is the noise. Even thought the building itself looks nice from the outside, living here is not as great. My apartment faces martin luther king dr and it is

LOVE this place! just moved in and everything about this property is so beautiful. The apartment itself is so breathtaking, spacious and full of natural light. This is definitely one of the best properties I have ever lived in. The art work that is present all around the property is so mesmerizing and brings in a rich look to the place. The move in process was also very smooth. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Not happy. I applied for a 1 bedroom they posted for 1575.00 then when they called me they say the apartment is 1870 a month for 14 months with 2 months free. They say it's the same amount then you calculate the free 2 months. This was false advertisement just to get people to apply and pay the application fee. I said I would pay 1575 for 14 months and no months free and they said no so it was most definitely not about it all being the same price in the end like they had said. Very disappointing and a waste of my time and credit check smh. Don't waste your time unless you don't mind surprises.
