Went to Silvers because of Sonya’s reputation. What we got was major disappointment. We did not get Sonya, we got someone who didn’t know what they were doing. We pretty much sold the property ourselves. From the poorly written listing, to us having to move the sign to a visible spot to us having to actually show our property AND to negotiate our own deal! No disclosure form offered to fill out. And don’t even start about the closing….no notification, had we not called, we would still be waiting…. But she was there to get her check. And not even a thank you.

We thought that Sonja Silvers, with Broker Melody Morgan, were FANTASTIC! From the very beginning we felt that we were important to them. It was a great mix of professionalism and heartfelt caring!
