We recently purchased a house on Lake Chatuge using Ed Reams of Advantage Chatuge Realty as our realtor. Since we currently live in Ohio a lot of the work was done remotely. According to NC law, Ed, with our approval, acted as representing both the buyer and seller. He was meticulously honest and fair to both parties. Ed was also EXTREMELY helpful to us as the buyer in providing information, going to to the property multiple times to gather more information, and providing us with contact info with local resources we need as we approach this life changing event. He was responsive to our every contact and request. I don't even know what Ed's commission was, but he earned every penny.
