Lived there in 2020 to 2022 managers did all the cleaning with assisting with professional contractors came in every week like egg plumbing and electric. Better locksmith for sure door. Terminex for mice and bug issue.professiknal boiler contractor. Alot of bed bugs and mice issues. Managers got harass by Male tenants with threats. Ex tenant attack the manager. Had security for 2 months. Homeless issues. Hot water issue. Heat issues . Radiators burstings in apts. Female managers got harass the most from senior Male tenants. . Radiators can be turned down low if you have handle that turns on top to low like we didallthe time. Some radiators in apts leaked water. Some sat on radiators cover in front lobby. There was 2 rental offices in that building. Tenants payed by bank cards or cheque d

My wife and I have been living in this apartment for nearly six months, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, there are many homeless individuals frequently seen inside the building, particularly in the staircases and corridors. They are often found loitering and smoking weed, which creates a very unsafe and uncomfortable environment—especially for families. This situation made us feel fearful and insecure in our own home. In addition to safety concerns, the cleanliness of the building is severely lacking. The staircases and hallways are rarely cleaned and are often in a dirty and neglected state. Sonia is an absent slumlord! There is absolutely NO security i have to call management (Shri) several times about homeless people in the stairwells. The doors literally just stay propped open by the homeless! Drug paraphernalia clearly visible everywhere! It smells like a truckstop urinal and nobody cleans daily, or weekly!! Its disgusting...You cannot control your heat, the water trickles out with no pressure. Everything everyone says about the bedbugs is true, and roaches, rats, and mice! The parking garage is closed and the buildings only two elevators haven't worked for over a year😡. Sonia is a slumlord who doesn't care about her building or tenants. Its unfortunate, when she bought the building over 2 yrs ago she started to do improvements, but it's awful here!! Don't move
