I was a landlord and was out of the country and we had H2H as our property manager because we would not be able to maintain the house while living out of the country. . H2H and Kaela made this whole process very easy for us. This company is more than just about people renting their properties. I had the best experience with them than with any other property companies. As a landlord I'm very happy with the way they've managed my property so far. Marie is very responsive and does her best to ensure tenant issues are resolved. She's easy to reach, pays attention to details and cares about my property like it was hers. I moved the management of this property to H2H after firing the previous one, it was best decision.
