Delt with Jill on the construction of my twin home. From day one she treated us like our $170,000 home was a low priority to them. When they couldn't meet their construction meeting deadline, per "the contract" she stated that she wasn't in breech because we had verbally agreed to meet after said date. She also decided to buy tan windows, even though we were under contract. When we threatened to back out, she seemed like she could care less and offered no solution to make up for the delay and window choice on her part. Clearly Son Building is so hard up for money that they couldn't eat the cost of a $700 carpet upgrade because my realtor had to cut the cost with them! Good luck to anyone who does business with them, they make product selections without the buyers permission and don't honor

Our past experiences with other contractors made us want to never build again. Son Builders restored our faith in the industry. Brian, Jill, Kent and Frankie provide excellent service and are terrific communicators, easing any concerns during the entire process.

Purchased a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Cedar City and couldn't be happier. The buying process was fast and professional. The home is well built and was completed on time. I highly recommend this builder and would definitely purchase from them again.

Please be advised to perform adequate assessments regarding this company. If professionalism is a category that is specific to your needs. Make certain to research every aspect of this builder so that you are fully aware of their low class customer interactions. Do your homework and speak with folks in the area. Take a close look at their reviews, including the ones their friends have posted or flagged for removal.

Treated poorly. I’m sure I’m not the only one who dealt with their lack of professionalism. They’re not worth your trouble. Do your homework.
