Sommerset Place

I am a single woman who just graduated with her Masters degree. I was looking for two years for an affordable safe apartment living situation. Not only is Sommerset these two things but they also are a great community. There are wonderful and fun accommodations like a big pool and all the units have washers and dryers. No, it is not perfect, but nothing ever is. But it is a wonderful place to call home! I came from a dorm situation and never had a space to spread out and unpack in. My little apartment here is perfect for me and it feels like a tiny home. I feel safe and taken care of here. Also, any problems or issues that I have brought up have been addressed immediately. I deeply appreciate the communication from the leasing team here. They are so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Som

The customer service we received from Charity was absolutely outstanding. She was very nice and knowledgeable and she was just a good person all the way around. She deserves a raise

I just want to Thank the maintenance man David. For coming out to my apartments at Somerset place to turn on the power again for the last 2 Friday nights, only on Fridays, my entire apartment go down, it's been so freezing cold. He came out at 4 o'clock in the morning to restore my power. And i'm so grateful and thankful and i've had so many issues here , so I want to go to the office, I'd like to request a transfer for my sanity , my safety and my health.

Everything is awesome so far. Everything is so close to the apartment it’s very quiet. Charity is absolutely the best ever.

I've been here almost 3 months and I'm ready to move out. These pests are out of control. I had to buy a can of raid just so I can live comfortably. I've used an entire can of bug spray during my first two weeks there. Not to mention, my valet trash has only been picked up once since I've been a resident. Although, I'm paying monthly for valet trash, I've been having to take it out on my own. I've sent several emails asking about valet trash, but no one has ever responded. The staff is super friendly but the communication is lacking. So, I will not be renewing my lease.
