Somerset Park Apartments

Just signed my 3rd lease. Love my apartment. Only had two issues with apartment over last two years and maintenance handled them promptly. Very grateful to grounds for snow removal. Management keeps improving community, the gym is amazing and was wowed to find out that I have access to the on site personal trainer. Looking forward to see what flowers they plant this spring!

I’m writing this review after we have rented a place and completed a month. First of all, I want to Thank Ms.Hershman, leasing consultant in helping us in every step of the process. She was very supportive and guided us to chose the right house according to our needs. Somerset park apartments has a unit for every kind of need and affordability. With good schools around this neighbourhood and very close to Somerset collection, walmart and whole foods, you have made a wise choice in renting a unit within Somerset Park Apartments.

Laura, our leasing consultant, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She responded very quickly and made sure all our questions were addressed without any delay. Her prompt communication and clear guidance made a big difference for us. We were quite tensed initially, but Laura’s supportive and approachable nature put us at ease right away. She handled everything efficiently and went above and beyond to help us, which we truly appreciate. She is absolutely awesome, and we’re very grateful for her assistance.

I have really enjoyed training with Marius. He is a fantastic fitness coach who makes workouts approachable and effective, especially for beginners like me. He breaks down exercises in a simple, easy to follow way and creates a motivating environment. I genuinely look forward to his sessions. Highly recommended!

Laura was great to work with. She was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to walk me through the apartment and explain everything clearly, and she also answered my questions in the office without making me feel rushed. She made the whole experience comfortable and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend working with her.
