10/10 recommend living here! Logan made my application and move-in process a breeze. He is so kind and always makes sure I'm taken care of. The rest of the office staff has also been helpful and kind. Maintenance took care of my requests quickly and thoroughly resolved them. The property is very well kept and I never have any issues. Add on a great location and being reasonably priced for the area; you can't beat it.

I will never stop reviewing how amazing the staff at this apartment community is. The lead maintenance Jon is a superstar, Michaela and Michele are the best property managers you will ever find, and the the leasing staff are always so quick to answer and assist with any requests. I could not get more lucky as a resident living here. This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in and I will be here for a very long time.

I love Somerset Oaks! I lived here for several years and had a great experience. The staff is kind and helpful and I loved my apartment. I rarely had to report any maintenance issues, but when I did maintenance was on top of it! Having a garage to keep my car out of the elements and for extra storage was priceless to me. It's also right down the street from restaurants and shopping which was so nice. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Somerset Oaks for 4 almost 5 years now and I have loved my experience here. I have had very minor maintenance issues which were all addressed quickly and resolved in full. I love my layout (Hampton with garage attached) I never hear my neighbors in the surrounding apartments. It's a very walkable community to take my dogs around. The staff put on very enjoyable events such as the annual pool party and food truck events! The management is wonderful to interact with. I cannot say enough good things about this community.
