Somerset Apartments

Mediocre apartment complex, security concerns, security door locks frequently broken into, pot smell reeking in the hallways most of the time., cars vandalized, scratched or hit by other peoples car doors because tenants don’t know where in their space to park, or don’t care that they are damaging other vehicles. They charge for everything including sewer , which most apartments don’t, that seems schetchy, & cheap. The one star is for the pool, the pool is decent, but everything else including the price & everything they add on , really isn’t worth it, & I wish now I didn’t renew for 2025. Red Oak apartments are way better, & font nickle & dime you to death.

We love living here! All of their management is great! While we were searching for an apartment and moving in they worked hard to accommodate our needs. You can tell they really care about their tenants. Their 24 hr maintenance is amazing. My previous apartment complex would take days to even get back to me about a maintence request but they had gotten back to me and were at my apartment within an hour! My AC had broken when it was very hot out and I have 2 small children. He came to find out it was broken and had it replaced within 45 mins. He was so nice and very understanding as far as having to come out after hours. We definitely appreciate all of the manangement team here!

The management is courteous and the maintenance team is quick to respond. The rent is low considering the apartments are right next to Somerset plaza, park & ride and route 3 highway. We had a great time living here. I highly recommend Somerset Apartments.

Someone stole my entire coffee table when I lived here. Old buildings with animal infestations. Nuff said.

I love living in somerset. I have lived for over two years and have never had a problem with administration. thank you for attending us
