Dealing with Beth and everyone at Solutions Title Company was the easiest part of my home-buying experience. I read other reviews talking about how great Beth and her team were, and they didn’t disappoint. She answered every question quickly, and even though my loan had delays on my end, Beth handled all of the amendments seamlessly and made the whole process effortless for me. Highly recommend — do yourself a favor and give Beth a call. In closing, Beth is awesome.

Disappointing. This title company tried pulling so many moves on me as a seller in a transaction. First they tried charging me a settlement fee of $175... Not happening. I didn't hire them, the buyer did. I'm not paying that. Then they tried charging me a $295 payoff and processing fee. Not happening. I gave them my lender's contact and all they had to do was send an email requesting a payoff. There was no "procurement" or "processing" involved. Then they tried charging me a random $10 recording fee. Not happening. I'll pay my government recording charges, but not a random fee from a title company. They escrowed $300 in water... unnecessary amount. Then they cushion additional interest into the loan payoff as they "are required to collect a 7 day cushion on all payoffs", claiming they did
